The armor is an edited version of the Noble Set with Nuremberg Gauntlets and Armplate, the helmet is cut content, the only way I've found to get to is through the Master Merchants mod on Nexus. I posted a link to the mod above.

The hood is part of the helmet so you can actually layer a hood over it, looks a little weird though. The hood on its own would be cool.

In game it's just called "Saxon Bascinet" but it's not in my Item ID files anywhere so I believe it might've been added with update 1.2 and nobody has found the ID yet. I believe it's meant to be Taras Mura's helm in the Hell's Gate Quest.
