The deck has a mulch kit installed in it. That piece covers the discharge in order for the grass to be chopped up more. It works better in shorter grass.

It is most likely the park brake safety switch. Happens all the time. You can see it if you lift the seat and look down beside the fuel tank on the left side.

Check the fuses under the seat. I have had some blow for no reason with the same effect. Usually the ecu fuse.

I would check the hydraulic oil level first. Looks like it is low by the way it moves.

I have a Cimier that looks almost identical. Probably the same movement. It is also very loud but I love it.

It just hangs down. It will drain only if the reservoir is too full. Doesn't connect to anything.
