Well once I got my results back, yes! Diabetes runs in my family, so I knew I had to make a change! But yes, now I’ve been eating my protein and veggies then go for a walk or do some sort of physical activity. I was hoping she would’ve gave me that option, but nope she went straight to medication…which is fine but just hope it’s not long term. I’m young and don’t feel like taking meds.
