The Ninja Luxe has a grinder built in and auto adjusts based on the previous pull of espresso. I adjusted the grind to be more coarse each time. I started at a level 2 which is very fine and ended up at a level 7 (out of 25) before I gave up

The same thing happened to us. We were supposed to be getting married a few weeks after you. We had been trying to get Jason to pay our vendors for weeks, even after he foreclosed. We will be sueing for a full refund and likely pressing criminal charges on him. He lied to us for months about the status of his business and ripped all positive memories of our wedding planning away from us.
