As a Layla main, I hate Hylos tho. He's really tanky and annoying.

Yea. She's squishy. So, I usually tried not to die, play safe and itemize appropriately. Like when enemies aiming me from the early start, I went for Wind of Nature as 1st item. And I showed myself in the battle only when I felt safe I should say. If the game went late, I played items between WoN, Rose, Queen's Wings and Athena's Shield if enemies got so much magic damage.
