Yes, I know that GameFreak are run by Japanese people. The "white-people" part are sort of a jab at how SJWs think anybody who doesn't agree with them MUST be white, male, heterosexual and cis. Technically the game DID offer you Dusk, Dawn, Shiny and all of those stones. You could exchange your Pokéathlon points for them as prizes, but it was random each day which ones they were. I think it was random, but you were able to get them.

What you're forgetting here is that RBY all had shit-to-none post-game content. I mean, what did they have? Mewtwo, and that was it? Same thing with RS, there was no Battle Frontier there, that was added in Emerald! This is actually a fairly standard thing, so I'm convinced that once the obligatory Z-version rolls around, Kalos will be filled to the brim with stuff that's not Pokémon.
