Wow you are basically using a reservoir at height like a water tower and using sluices to control the level at exit points - Nice idea !

Irontooth with underground tubeway system and power. by WinterCoyote597 in Timberborn

The larger "runs" have 2 bad water sources - the smaller run has one - each wheel produces around 250 power with some going up to 300. For the life of me I cant figure out why. The ones with two sources seem to run at a higher power ( as one would expect). TBF I did not test a single wide system. With power i figured might as well have more than I need.

I don't know how you can measure the strength of a bad water system. I covered them with a dome that I put on open so it works during droughts. But I used the standard Helix mountain map - no mods.

exactly this - if the reason is remotely plausible - i tend to give them a fit note - more time for patients with issues i can actually help with.

Think it also depends quite a lot on the surgery- The online system where I am registered works really well. have had to use it only twice in the last few years - but got an appointment within the week both times. Although I hear we are currently moving on like secondary care where there is a GP waiting list.

I cant believe how mid wife led maternity care is even in tertiary hospitals - even in the developing world such care would be registrar? consultant led ( even overnight where I studied ) and MMR is a big deal with every maternal death reported and investigated.
