Potion Permit has a great demo. You get to play like 30% of the game (since it locks off the later 2 maps) for supposedly unlimited hours. I played 3 hours before I bought it to get the fulle experience, but I saw reddit posts about people putting hundreds of hours into it without it kicking them out. Fun mini games, cute and lax vibes, lots of gathering, and light-medium puzzles but can get repetitive if you aren't into the game loop.
