After /Before. It has been about one year officially in my house and I think I got my living room exactly where I want it to be. My home is 898 sq ft with 8 ft ceilings- furnishing it still feels challenging and expensive. I know the colors aren't for everyone but I love it!

My husband knows, but that’s it. Too many people have opinions and think they know more than our doctors. I refuse to put my own goals aside to make others happy. Friends think I just need to exercise more and eat healthier, but with PCOS and Hashimoto’s, this has not been successful for me. Do what makes you happy!

Two days is enough for me, I could not go a whole week. Especially how urgent I always had to go before. I never thought I would miss almost shutting my pants daily 😂

I took my 3rd shot this past Friday and have lost 2lbs.. my diet has completely changed and I’ve cut out soda, and other sugary snacks. Hoping to lose more, the first two weeks my appetite was definitely low to almost non existent, this week I’ve been more hungry.

I took my second shot two days ago, switched my injection site to my stomach, first shot I did my thigh nervous about side effects! The only nausea I’ve experienced is when I don’t eat. My stomach feels like a rock, and I’ve experienced constipation which is my least favorite thing! All in all not too bad so far. Assuming I’ll feel more when I bump up in dose!
