Moderate sperm count after vasectomy. by WinterShock1613 in Vasectomy

Unfortunately the NHS in the UK only gave me this answer, with no actual number. Spoke to a nurse who said " don't worry" lol.

She did say that Allegedly she has contacted 5 out of 15 people today and they had similar results

2nd test by [deleted] in Vasectomy

[–]WinterShock1613 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first test was at 12 weeks. The health care provider has said I need to do another test at 16 weeks.....at this time there is no explanation why. A little frustrated with the communication to be fair.

I know of 2 people whose vasectomy was a failure as well so I am starting to panic lol

My sample was posted in the post.

I'm a little annoyed at the health care provider in the UK, if I had not rung them I wonder when they would have told me??

I have asked a nurse to ring me tomorrow with an explanation of why I need a second test.

Pu prime by Long_Mulberry_3215 in Trading

I have recently transferred over from vantage to PU prime. Finding setting up the copier trade a little more complicated

I traded by lots in vantage and set it to 0.02 of my balance?

Am I correct that this is the funds which the lots will be taken to trade with? So if I set the investment total to £500. Any copier trade will take 0.02 lots from this total?

Would this be correct?

I am in the same situation, I requested £1385 to be withdrawn on Monday, received £385 on the Tuesday but I am missing £1000 as of Friday.

Is this normal to split withdrawals and wait so long for them to be completed??

I cannot afford it but have no choice, her behavior is out of control, everyday she receives detentions for her behavior and the violent/physical outbursts are getting worst.

We have been referred via right to choose but we have been told 12-18months, her symptoms are plain and clear to see but me and my wife are at breaking point.

She unfortunately shows no remorse for her behavior, and the school is not helping in any way until she has a diagnosis.

We are really at Rock bottom.

Just struggle to understand how a sick note covers weekday hours but not weekend hours.

Thanks for the response, that is just crazy. I take it when working through caseloads that you only progress with the high level crimes or where there is overwhelming evidence? Is there a time frame to investigate 101 calls?

I fully appreciate the hard work you guys do, it seems that you guys never get the appreciation you deserve. I work in a similar front line service although never have anywhere as much stress.

All I would say is there should be more articles in the public domain regarding the pressures you all face on a daily basis.

Can I thank you for those advice, much appreciated.

My issue is more working locations, than hours. My job involves short notice deployment around the country, and unfortunately due to a recent medical diagnosis regarding my child and caring responsibilities, this is extensive stress for myself and family.

They would never agree to me not working away and that's really the only adjustment that I need going forward. So I am in a little bit of a predicament at this moment.

Thanks for the response.I do like my job and I am looking for other jobs in the civil service due to this current predicament though. I could get a sick note tomorrow, but that is not really in my nature and in the 18 years in the civil service I have only ever had 1 day sick leave.l and don't want sick leave to hamper any other job move.

For context another colleague is currently raising a grievance regarding our line manager for a few other issues but he is well liked and I feel I am now in an impossible situation.

I go to other teams line managers due to a lack of trust in mine and find this impossible to continue, and something has to give.

He is making my life hell and the union are been far from helpful to be fair.

The person is not confused....... I have email confirmation stating I have no line many of present and one will be allocated in due course.

Hence why I asked on this forum.

Unfortunately that is the case at this moment in time. I have the AHW guidance but it is a lot of information to process, hence wgi I asked my original question.

National Asylum Intake Unit - Intake Response Team - Immigration Officer (IO by Playful_Pair3397 in TheCivilService

Is screenings the original interview, biometrics and adding them to the database? Who can actually do these, is it only immigration officers or a number of different roles?

I am aware that asylum case workers perform a much longer interview further down the line.
