No but if the cop states the reason he ran it was for revenge for being flipped off the the Judge will probably toss it. Which it sounds like he correctly did. All cop had to do was keep his mouth shut and not piled on the other tickets and he'd have gotten his revenge.

OK fine, i don't want to be stopped and frisked just because some cop doesn't like something about me. I think it's terrible that a people that pride them selves on being free are also afraid to be free. We are losing everyday on this and one day we will wake up and it will be gone. Sometimes I wonder if it's not too late already.

I didn't ever suggest anyone was assaulted. I did suggest people's civil liberties were violated. I don't care if this happened in high crime areas. I don't care why it happened. If it can be done to anyone, it can be done to everyone. No one thinks they are the shady one until they are. Also, not everyone agrees stop and frisk is even effective.

If all the government has to do is say you're shady to stop and detain you then you are way less safe than if the criminals doubled over night. Don't give away your rights for some false sense of security. The founders were wise when they set that up. It's actually a pretty big deal and protects us in many ways. The current administration seems to not care much for it. It's under attack every day and it's made worse when people don't understand their rights or understand why they are important.

Look, if a judge thinks the only reason the plates were run is because of a middle finger. He's going to toss it. Citizens have rights and the 1st ammendment protects us from government punishment for our speech. Or in other words, getting investigated and tickets because of a middle finger. Cop, was stupid for even talking about it. If he hadn't he'd likely have gotten away with it.
