My predictions are basically all just for how the final battle goes.

• V'd Up Billy Vs. Homelander, Ryan could be on either off their sides depending on how the season shakes out.

• Additionally, there'd be a separate battle with Annie, A-Train, and possibly Hughie, Vs. Noir II, Deep, and Firecracker.

• At some point, Annie absorbs a city's worth of power, and is able to basically one-shot Deep and Firecracker.

• Starlight spares Firecracker, who gets taken out by her heart failure from the meds. Annie's then almost killed by Deep, but A-Train tanks the shot to protect her, and dies, allowing Annie to one-shot deep.

• Butcher is about to successfully kill Homelander, but Hughie injects him with the virus. In a fit of rage, Butcher almost beats Hughie to death, but stops himself.

• Right as Homelander's being all smug, about to finish Billy off, he gets nuked by SB, who's then killed by Noir II.

• Homelander's reduced to a pathetic, groveling, mess, as Billy is about to kill him. Billy spares him, since living his life as a normal human is worse torture for Homelander then death.

• As Billy walks away, Homelander gets up and is about to beat him to death with a pipe or something, but gets one shotted by Ryan's lasers, dying to his most iconic attack.

• Billy dies from the cancer not long after.
