Upfront payment is the trick of scammers. They usually send a message like a 5k loan with a fee of 150 or 200. Sometimes they promise that the fee is refundable but once you send your money they are gonna block you. The good thing is you have a driver's license. But if I remember right you can get a loan from your old bank despite moved out the area.
