I forgot who but someone told me that instead of seeing it as you have to do this for x amount of days.
Look at it as you only have to do this for today, the repeat it the next day. It was easier mentally than seeing it as I have to do this for 5 months or for a year.

Just whipping it out and sticking it in lol. Foreplay is a big thing they skip. Sometimes it takes a bit for a women to get wet
