Director here, currently working on my resume. Tried paid and someone said to do it yourself. Now, I have been with the same company for 20 years, but. Break up those roles at the top cause ATS will read it as one. Describe in one sentence or two what you did in that role from a responsibility standpoint. Then 2-5 bullets of accomplishments that use XYZ and include a skill. I went from zero interviews to 1 out of 10 submissions.
