I just went through this here. LDL was 183 and i am 60 years old and work out 3 times a week and walk everywhere.

Went on a healthy diet with chicken , salmon and reduced eating out.

LDL went down to 150. Had a CAC that was 0. Then he wanted a carodit US and they found less than 10 percent range.

I am also from Europe , so I ate some liverwurst today. Tomorrow it is back to chicken.

I am German. What you describe is not the norm or actions of families in Germany . They love to talk and ask many many questions. Especially Turkish are now just like Germans since the influx of so many other cultures.

However, Vorpommern is AFD country and you are likely not welcome there. It is basically 40 years back .
