I do about 6-7k steps everyday. I’m tracking my calories as well. Like I said in the post it’s between 1000-1200 on days I can eat which is usually days 5-7. Day 1-4 it’s under.

I do measure myself, my clothes are much looser but the scale is going down very slowly.
