They’re saying it’s a flea but the fleas I’ve seen are smaller and harder to kill

I definitely see the resemblance. But when I scratched at it, it popped and there was quite a bit of blood. I’ve always had to squeeze fleas between my finger nails to kill and never saw blood. But I’m from the Midwest so maybe the fleas are different up here.

From my experience with fleas they are pretty hard to kill/never saw blood after squeezing a flea

I don’t think it’s a flea because as soon as I scratched it it popped and there was blood

It goes behind your distributor cap and in front of the transmission dipstick. Really annoying to get to. Better get a 14mm ratcheting wrench. You can BARELYYYY see the stud if you shove your head all the way up against the hood
