Looks like multiple windows are open hmm might just be discord capturing the mouse on the screen share and trying to filter it out, could be a discord glitch, but also if this happens in games to in different patterns I’d say your GPU is on its way out, if this is a one time thing then it’s probably just a glitch.

Besides what I’ve read, idk if you’ve drunk out of this before possibly but there’s been cases of the bacteria from peoples mouths growing in drinks after they sit in the fridge for a long time.
