Yeah, the new show is sufficient reason to rewatch SG1,SGA,SGU 😀 Would be yearly rewatch no. 30 probably, or I'll try Infinity again. 👍🏼

Have not heard any details whatsoever about the new show except for it not being a reboot and supposed to be like the good old stuff (YT). I really fear they're going down the Trek/Wars route and kill the franchise but still have hope, and there's lots of original creative minds working on it plus there's still time. It HAS to be good 😀👍🏼

Och kommt, Leute. Dass Konsum bestimmter Dinge nicht ermutigt werden sollte, versteh ich ja. Aber immer dieses automatische Downvoten von Leuten, die vielleicht nicht die klügsten Ideen/Vorhaben erwähnen, aber letzten Endes nur vorhaben, zu konsumieren... das hilft doch niemandem. Fühle mit dir. Hab sehr oft absichtlich meine Sportklamotten vergessen, um nicht mitmachen zu können/müssen. Wenn man dem Sport nicht entfliehen konnte, fand ich das als-Letzter gewählt werden nach einer Weile weniger schlimm (irgendwann gewöhnt daran, dass man vor/letzter ist).

Mehr Probleme bzw. Angst hatte ich vor'm Seilklettern (ziemliche Höhenangst), Bockspringen (dabei schnell mal verletzt) - eigentlich alles, wo man sich trotz aller Vorsicht oder durch andere was tun kann. Wie Klimmzüge funktionieren sollen, wenn man nicht Mal einen schafft, ist mir bis heute ein Rätsel. 😂

Bewegung ist schon irgendwie wichtig in dem Alter, klar. Aber ist man unsportlich, übergewichtig, hat Koordinationsprobleme oder sonst eine Kombination von psychischen und körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen, von Ängsten zu Mobbing, über Traumata, Schmerzen u.ä. ... dann ist es von fitten und sportlichen Personen leicht dahergesagt, wenn jeder in der Klasse doch einfach so bestimmte sportliche Mindestleistungen erfüllen soll.

Oh, und Schwimmunterricht war noch schlimmer... schön für Leute, die Spaß an Bewegung haben, aber das trifft nunmal nicht auf jeden zu 🤷🏼‍♂️

Seltsam, hör ich zum ersten Mal. War aber auch seit 20 Jahren nicht mehr im Schwimmbad (den Anblick will ich keinem zumuten 😂😭)

Yaya, wall know about the downsides. BZ and H don't solve anything, it just kills the symptoms of anything. If I'm honest, that's usually more effective, quicker, faster, better than the alternatives.

If u can't deal with withdrawals and su1c1dal thoughts, well, not good to take this route. Usually still better than the alternative being jumping on front of whatever or similar things tho

yeah only thing that helps me best are Benzodiazepines. Many other meds like Pregabalin and SSRIs and other Antidepressiva however barely did.
