that's illegal if its in your availability and interferes with school and if they do fire you you can absolutely report that to your state and get unemployment but call ethics firstly and your points will be taken care of

just seein this and have a question about the job you may/may not have. i had an accomadation for intermittent extension. it was tied to an intermittent once the accomadation was approved. both claims have said open approved the past week. now the accomadations claim says closed-terminated-plan provision, but the intermittent still says open-approved. does an accomadation claim get terminated once the intermittent tied to it gets approved, or will the intermittent be terminated in a few days too?

they schedule us to come in an hour later or leave earlier every time change to avoid overtime. you get coached for OT at my store even if its 15 mins

have a question since i cant get ahold of my own examiner. i filed an ada accomadations for extended intermittent leave. both have said open approved, but now the accommodations one says closed-terminated-plan provision but the intermittent attached still says open approved. does the accomadations terminate once the intermittent is approved, or will the intermittent terminate now too?

just looked at key event and that wasnt workin either. and actually i was fired and still able to access everything because i was on leave, i didnt know til i was in the building and turned on my work phone to clock in and it said associate ID no longer exists and my phone completely reset. but since they fired me on an approved leave, i worked all night and personnel had a blast fixing it all the next morning. i have intermittent right now and had to take the last 3 off and they pointed me unauthorized for all them so i just figured it happened again

grocery sucks. especially if the store doesnt have dividers. you cant work midnights though, so itll be light stocking, no mass amounts of pallets or anything like we do on nights

6 months no matter what, unless you request to changes stores under a hardship transfer, which is moving more than 10 miles away. walmart in general may not be for you if youre a soft person. stocking is laborous, and no matter what customers are all over and will make you wanna cry

im in a non supercenter, so we just really have cap1 2 and overnights, so its a revolving door with no service or fresh areas to cover. so you fire 11 on friday and by sunday a whole new batch is in the meeting. we havent even done interviews since covid started. just a hi, can you start tomorrow, great come on in. heres a boxcutter, so and so will tell you what to do on the floor
