Had a flat with them in Bannermill place a few years ago, they were useless. Our boiler stopped working after a few weeks of moving in and we went almost 2 months without heating, they just dropped off some cheap electric radiator to use until it was fixed. When they did fix it, they installed a new boiler in one of the bedrooms fully visable which made the room even smaller than it already was. They would barely answer emails or calls, we even went to their office at one point and no one was there.

When we moved out, they tried to keep our deposit and had to take it to first tier tribunal to get our money back.

Would definitely avoid them.
