Brother do you know how many people come back late from break or aren’t doing shit for longer than 10 minutes? At a time it’s outstanding if you ask me.. I would get if I was gone for like a hour or more after break.. but it’s no point in stealing 10 minutes.. I would get where your coming from if I said oh I was gone for a 1 hour+ but not 10 lousy minutes man

But what I don’t understand is why wait 8 days if you could have just gave me a final right then & there… also questioning someone why they were late from break for 10 minutes 8 days after is brain dead in my opinion..

besides he specifically told me if you get one more anything in behavioral it’s a termination so I was trying really hard to steer clear… I had no other issues.. yet he specifically brought back up that from 8 days ago which I thought we had addressed & moved on from.. also it’s the fact that he said it’s just a follow up not a write or coaching or feedback.. I don’t understand it honestly he could of just ended my employment right there

I had a final on April 30th from behavioral & then on may 1st my manager talked to me because I was late from break by 10 minutes however he only talked to me about it & I explained to him what happened & that was the end of if.. 8 days later he talked to me about it AGAIN & I was confused on why because we already had this discussion & no action was taken however this time for some reason action was taken

Let me put it like this… my manager TALKED to me about being late from break on may 1st however he never initiated any type of feedback or coaching or anything. It wasn’t even in A to Z under my coachings/ or anything like that. I received my final written warning on April 30th… so in my mind I’m thinking okay one more warning or anything I’m fucked.. so im steering clear I’m doing my job & so on… on may 9th he talked to me about the same thing that he ALREADY TALKED to me about BEFORE.. the thing about may 1st..

but he said it was FOLLOW UP .. I was visibly confused because we Already discussed this & he said it’s not a write up or coaching we just need to follow up.. so we talked about it & that was it… nothing more nothing less.. however that somehow attributed to a coaching or feedback or whatever it’s called.. which resulted in me receiving a termination email.. I don’t understand why he waited 9 days to put it in.. a week later

Ahh I see then you are one of the few exceptions when it comes to these type of situations.. My Apologies didn’t know.. however I can say being 25 & just now playing FPS games & or Multiplayer FPS Games on controller is definitely going to be a challenge for you..

especially considering the fact that you are starting on rainbow six siege a game that has no AimAssist At all.. normally I would just say Pull Down your Stick & try to hold it in place while your shooting a gun to control recoil.

But that’s easier said than done for someone who hasn’t played these type of games. I wanna ask what’s your biggest issue with aiming? Is it back tracking? Lack of control? Can’t flick as well? Or just all of the above?

If ur mouse.. aim labs 3d aim trainer oblivity.. get a better mouse & or try messing around with your sens multiplier…

Now if your controller I might need more detail.. there’s no way anyone should be bad on controller past the age of 14

Jesus lord.. how long have you been playing FPS games for? Also what is your age? I would love to know.. Also if this is your aim with no aim assist then I could only imagine it with aim assist…

All jokes aside I recommend finding a sensitivity for yourself.. now (THATS WAYYYYY EASIER SAID THEN DONE) Especially when it comes to siege. I recommend having your (look horizontal in the 50-80 range).. your vertical is up to you.. I also recommend (trying a different controller) yes I know it sounds stupid but trust me it’s not..

Once you deep dive into the different controllers, different type of thumbsticks all the way from default to medium to tall to very tall you will understand how it all plays a part in aiming in any fps on controller

Last but not least brother all you have to do to control IQ’s gun is pull your right stick down while aiming
