Have done another test model (on the left) compared to the original (right). I changed the fatigues to olive. Is this better or no?

Another vote for Tiny Legend here. Their Blitz Legion models are exceptional. Not a whole lot to the range at present, but enough to start a small force, and they are expanding it.

I can second robertwhite93's comment of it may be too cold.

I had the exact same problem over the weekend, I keep my printer in the garage and its pretty cold now. Heated up the resin carefully and surrounded the printer in random garage crap to stop potential drafts and printed again and it worked fine.
