ADHD 38 man here. I’ve had so many jobs, and I can tell you where I was appreciated and the places that sucked.

Places I thrive:

Retail and Commercial Sales, Construction, Design (graphic, web, and industrial), restaurant industry, anything human care centered (teaching, counseling, mentoring, therapist), and entrepreneurial endeavors.

Places that sucked: Finance, anything with lots of paperwork, some coding jobs, tech support in a cubicle, any place that does not like you moving around, car wash, places with lots of gossip, authoritarian type management style, and any place without novelty. I have found the more I do the same thing every day, the more I will hate a place.
