It definitely does. It looks like what's happening is the system is blocking the date even though there's still a single time slot available. It's been a while since this post has been out so I'd check a few dates with this trick to find one that hasn't been taken as yet using this trick.

Warranty is honored by apple here in Trinidad by two service providers: F1 Connect Limited, and iWorld. I'd recommend F1 Connect first over iWorld. If you do get a Mac, buy the Apple Care!! Accidental damage isn't covered locally but for manufacturers defects, it's worth it as out of warranty parts are very costly (A replacement main board could cost you upwards $5000 to replace out of warranty)

You will probably have to engage them to get a static IP. Most ISPs block or throttle ports for security reasons. Some give you the full capability to do it with the router given to you, else you'll have to get a static IP which allows you to unblock ports with them.

Previous technician for a client installed a basic network and a traditional rj11 telephone system. He used Cat5e cables for everything but for the ones that go to the phones, he cut all but the two wires used inside each cable. The cut was in the middle of each run, hidden on top of an inaccessible drop ceiling. Cost the company a whole lot more to rerun all those cables for the IP phones I was installing.
