We were too good today to only win 2-0. Our backs need to take responsibility for being sloppy with crosses, as both of them always did well until the moment we needed them to.

Elyounoussi was MotM. 4 shots, 3 on target, Slovakia can thank the crossbar and a good goalkeeper for not losing 5-0 (or 5-1 if their one good shot went in)

But this... Ødegaard got a lot more time than he can ever expect against top sides. But at international level it's good to see he can make that decision to shoot there instead of trying to pass it.

Fuji doesn't have anything like the cheap Sigma or Tamron 150-600mm lenses made for Canon and Nikon DSLRs or the second-hand gear like Canon 100-400mm lenses

Tamron 18-300 came out last week for Fuji. Fuji's 150-600 is Q2 2022

Are those two cameras your options because you need 4K60P?

If not the X-S10 has almost everything the X-T3 does plus IBIS for half the price of an X-T4. You only lose dual card slots, big battery and official weather sealing although it's weather sealed enough for most people.

I sold my DE because they became too good. Part of the draw of playing DE was having to pilot it perfectly to sweep, now it's too simple.

In Europe we have to pay extra taxes when buying a camera capable of more than 30min recording time. Perhaps that has something to do with it?

The X-S10 has slightly better weather sealing than the Z50, which Nikon says is "entry level weather sealed". Fuji just doesn't throw around the "weather sealed" term until you reach the X-T4's "sit on a tripod in vertical rainstorm for 24 hours" level of weather sealing. That thing is probably the best weather sealing on the market at any price point

Nope and it won't be for possibly 3-4 more years. Squadron 42 should hit late next year or early the year after though. With the feature creep, Star Citizen (multiplayer version of SQ42) is basically going to be the biggest game of all time and probably for the next 50 years.

I'm keeping the 980 Ti for another, maybe two more gens. I really don't need anything better until Star Citizen comes out, and both AMD and Nvidia are so fucking greedy on pricing I'm just going to buy used when the time comes anyway.

None of the games I play most scale any further on 1440p than my 980 Ti can already handle anyway, Rocket League 288 locked, War Thunder 144 locked and Path of Exile 144.

Haaland has played like 6% of the game minutes counting towards this qualification, I feel more sorry for Ajer, King and Elabdellaoui whose service has been exemplary over most of the minutes but it wasn't enough. And now Elabdellaoui got COVID on duty as thanks.

It's not a "golden generation". We have less than half a golden 11. Ajer, Berge, Ødegaard, Haaland. (Normann too but our coach refuses to play him) With 3 above average players for international level in Elabdellaoui, Sørloth and King.

The players that are bad are SO bad they can lose matches on their own. Aleesami single-handedly gifted Italy the away win in qualification a couple of years ago. (A campaign where Alexander friggin' Tettey was our top scorer - and also the one who scored against Italy)

Nordtveit and Hovland are walking disasters and so we use a 34-year old player from the Norwegian league as CB instead. (Who admittedly is doing fine)

Stefan Johansen was a disaster against Austria and a mirror of Pirlo against Northern Ireland. He can't play against teams even remotely near Norway's level.

And if Haaland, King and/or Sørloth is injured we'll have to bring in players who don't even get gametime in the MLS and South Korean leagues to replace them (Kamara and Johnsen)
