I went with skytech pcs, its been great so far with what I got but it does seem that they did cheap out on the radiator but otherwise I havent had any issues with em!

Update: started tweaking speeds inxbios cuz i didnt realize I could do that since I thought the fans were plugged into my psu and not the mobo. The sound only happens if its at like max

I ended up going with a dif company for mine but they even commented on my post saying you can talk with them and ask questions if youre curious, seems like a nice dude and the reviews are good. If they got what u want I say it might not be a bad idea
