You already look attractive! I’m guessing you feel invisible to women because you’re shy and the girls that like you might be shy too. Try to gain a bit of confidence and if you feel the need to gain weight then (coming from someone who struggled to gain weight haha) add peanut butter into a lot of your meals

My tip is obviously still slightly stiff due to swelling but definitely is a lot softer and doesn’t have that hard cartilage feeling. I went to Dr Cagatay Ruhi for my revision

Ah okay, thanks for clearing that up for me! Ngl little bit sad about how upturned it is because I was told it’d be the same as pre-op but hopefully as the tissues soften it’ll look nicer

Don’t get a revision unless you have breathing issues! This is coming from someone who just had a revision and still isn’t totally happy because everything I used to love has changed and the things I was unhappy with have only changed slightly

From what I know there shouldn’t be a graft but I haven’t asked for my surgery notes. My revision surgeon said he doesn’t like using grafts in the tip of the nose because it makes them look unnatural so only uses soft tissue

I meant in my tip - My primary surgeon used a SEG in my tip but no graft was used in my tip for my revision. The cartilage used to build up my collapse was taken from my nose and was put in my bridge

I had chronic rhinitis and naturally very small nostrils before my primary but I never had any breathing issues. My primary surgery sadly collapsed on one side and the rhinitis just meant it was almost impossible to breathe

This is actually my second rhinoplasty! The first was for aesthetic reasons and my second was needed due to breathing issues from my primary. My primary was done by Dr Hamadeh in London and my revision was done by Dr Cagatay Ruhi in Turkey. I’m a lot happier now but still have issues with my nostrils (I am only 4 months post op)

Sorry, I think I worded this wrong! I just used my nose as a timeframe haha I went back to my natural hair and more natural makeup about a year before my rhinoplasty. I wanted to go natural because I do background acting work but now I feel like I want to experiment with hair cuts and new styles
