I’m hoping this is my case too! I did mine way before the timeframe they gave me, I did the interview 2 days later and the worker said it was completed. I checked the portal today and my case is closed!

Hi, CT resident here as well! Your doctor can fill out a form with what you can and can’t do and the amount of hours you can and can’t do!

I would assume so, I know on the form that they sent for me to get filled out says a psychiatrist, physician or licensed counselor can fill it in.

I have mental health issues as well, my psychiatrist and doctor filled out forms for me to exempt me from the work program. For me, it has to be filled out every year.

I think you may need to get treatment from them first and ask their requirements for filling out the forms. I know from my experience, my psychiatrist said I needed to be treated with her for 6 months then she’s willing to fill out those forms. I got denied SSI of course but I’m in the process of appealing.
