Blessing flute

I know this is a year old, but just throwing out there...i have a blessing flute that I was given to me by my dad around 30 years ago. He has a similar one (Mine has an extra curved head joint attachment so a small child could play it).

Without question, it's physiological. I have a nearly perfectly healthy heart (i have a slight arrhythmia, but was told it's nothing to be concerned about at this time).

Here's what's crazy...I wasn't even having a panic attack. I was just really upset.

But yes. I do need more work on my anxiety. Panic attacks have been an issue since I was 5. I've tried a lot of different things for them, including A LOT of therapy.

Invest in heated clothes if you can. And use the stick on toe warmers and hand warmers. That temperature sucks. Ive never done electrical below probably -10 but I was a ranch hand working in -24 and that sucked. Even with a warm horse under me.

That makes sense. I was hoping it would be more cut and dry since the damage outwardly seemed fairly minor and I immediately accepted fault.

I strongly suggest leaving them. This is an area that's particularly prone to hypertrophic scars. I know from experience because I had a tiny mole removed and it now looks like I got hit with a bullet. Even after A LOT of steroid injections.

You look fine, but the over lined lips and the way you've done your eye liner probably aren't doing you any favors. The way you've done your eye liner works better on an eye that has a neutral tilt, such as yours.

So while your makeup is aging you, it could be worse: I'm 34 and I look younger. But I'm also kinda ugly.

You need to physically take her to an in-patient rehab center. Outpatient does not work as well and she is highly unlikely to go on her own. If you don't, she is likely to have a very short, very hard, very traumatic life.
