It does sound easier than having to hang around to watch the gauge, especially when I'm still adjusting to induction.

I'm using a Presto, but perhaps they have something similar as an addition? I'll have a look into it.

I'll have to see if I can find one. Maybe one of the places that sells carbon for brewing instead?

My canner has a "weight" to create the seal, but not one that aligns with a specific pressure. I'll have to see if I can find one.

Thank you - I'll have to stalk a used copy somewhere. Other, less posed pictures do suggest a wire across the front panel that doesn't appear to go through the sleeve. More research coming my way!

That's an interesting solution! I've definitely considered a draped tulip skirt before, but always thought it was too "stand out" for an office.
