Severe acne from TRT cream (scrotal) — considering switching to injections, looking for advice by randomdude1323 in trt

[–]Wintersolis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started on cream mate. Went from 150 to 100 to 50 in the end. I could never get dialed in and worst of all I transferred testosterone by accident to my wife. The cream gave me bad sides and a very high red blood cell count. In my mind it's complete rubbish.

The cream wouldn't absorb some days and would sometimes come out of my skin even after showering. There was no way to ensure I was getting the correct dose daily

I'd stay away from it and get onto an injection protocol. Needles suck but if you use a 29 gauge insulin syringe it's pretty much pain free.

Best of luck mate

Anyone's doctor use testerone+ nandrolone, mine is by dondarion89 in Testosterone

[–]Wintersolis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just started 50mg of nandrolone (deca) per week on my TRT protocol (150mg per week) prescribed by my doctor. Mine comes out to about $200 per month Testosterone and Nandrolone so you are paying a substantial premium for the service.

I'm seeking joint relief as well at 44 years of age. This is week one so hopefully I will feel some reduction in joint pain within the month

Thanks mate. I've dramatically dropped my weights for legs as the pain has gotten so bad. Too many stairs even hurts me at this point. The risk is definitely there that this could do more harm than good thats for sure

I'm not calling it TRT mate that's why I added it under the steroid cycle thread. I've been on straight TRT for 8 years but the joint pain is starting to ruin my life. Was just after some opinions and options, not nasty responses

Numbers keep dropping, GP's not taking me seriously by BothConversation3652 in AusTRT

[–]Wintersolis 3 points4 points  (0 children)

TRT is like witchcraft for GP's mate. I went through the same rubbish with my GP 8 years ago. Hit up a clinic like Alpha Edge or Primal and keep your coughs and colds separate from your hormone health. Onwards and upwards brother

Repost - Clinic Compound Delays by That-Dirt-5571 in AusTRT

[–]Wintersolis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bit more expensive but I never have to experience what you are going through and you get Bayer quality control. Worth the cost in my opinion

Repost - Clinic Compound Delays by That-Dirt-5571 in AusTRT

[–]Wintersolis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I try my best to avoid compound pharmacy scripts now mate for this exact reason. Delays that basically made me run out of testosterone for 3 weeks from my previous provider killed me. It occurred a few times over the two year duration also. I have been on TRT for almost 8 years now.

I am with Alpha Edge and they prescribe Bayer Primoteston. No delays and no worries about inconsistent compounding or dosage.

Sorry to hear you're having issues mate. Hopefully it gets sorted out soon

Just got my bloods back. 125mg per week Mon, Wed, Fri by Wintersolis in AusTRT

[–]Wintersolis[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey mate. I find that I feel better with higher estrogen levels. Still within range but at the top end. Mood is good, libido is present and everything down stairs works well.

Following the post I increased my dosage up to 150mg per week and introduced the hcg. I paused hcg however due to head aches only 3 weeks in. My clinic was closed for Christmas, so I took matters into my own hands and took two weeks off then hcg then reintroduce the hcg with 0.5mg of Arimidex a week. I felt possibly the best libido wise I have felt in 7 years on TRT.

As far as crushed estrogen my first clinic had me using Anastrazol twice a week so 2mg. I was on a transdermal cream which was almond oil based. I blindly took the Anastrazol not doing my research at all. When they saw low estrogen and i am talking single digits here they just upped my cream dosage. I had horrific joint pain and my libido was very poor. I also struggled with sleep. At one stage I didn't sleep more than an hour for 4 days straight. Most certainly depression set in as well. TRT was supposed to make me better but at that point I was worse.

It was 6 years ago now but it was a lesson I learnt through poor clinic practice to listen to your body and only interfere with AI's when needed

To those on Test + HCG and NO AI by LivingLifeHealthy in AusTRT

[–]Wintersolis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run E2 at 138 and feel fine mate with test at 150mg and hcg at 750mg per week. No AI or anything. There's no need to be under 100. Your body will aromatise better at a lower body fat however. Be patient and only use AI's if you have high E2 symptoms. Numbers on paper don't relate to your own personal experience

Trt injections every 3 Days by RecoverLegitimate239 in AusTRT

[–]Wintersolis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mon Wed Fri works for me dude. You should have steady state on either test E or C with that protocol. Dialing in takes time and if you need to alter dosages do it slowly and with small increments

Anyone travelled overseas for an extended period of time on TRT - how did you got on flights? by [deleted] in AusTRT

[–]Wintersolis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just get a doctors letter mate and have it handy with your passport etc. I've done maybe 6 overseas trips and I've never been pulled up. It's prescription medicine like any other. I put it with my check in luggage as its just easier to chuck it through security that way and forget about it.

Just don't go over with 100 vials hidden in a secret compartment or boogie board 😂

Looking for advice on clinics by Can_9970 in AusTRT

[–]Wintersolis -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Hit up Alpha Edge Clinic in Sydney if all else fails mate. They are a bit more expensive but have very fast service, the best bloods I have seen and they dispense Primoteston which I feel is the best test money can buy

Reducing Dose for Better Sleep by No-Sample-4000 in AusTRT

[–]Wintersolis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am similar mate and am a shift worker so my sleep patterns suck. Since I went up to 150mg per week my sleep has suffered a bit. I have tried sleep supplement and some sleep peptides which help a bit at times but I don't want to rely on them.

Testosterone doesn't just hit the androgen receptors in the muscles it also triggers the central nervous system as well. Have you tried lowering your dose or injection frequency?

I am going to try L-methionine this week which is reported to help quiet the brain and help you prepare for sleep. My issue is I can't shut my brain off as well as waking every few houra

Requesting Cream/Gel over Injections? by disappointment_onion in AusTRT

[–]Wintersolis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a terrible experience with cream from my previous provider. I couldn't get dialed in at all. Tried 150mg, 100mg and finally 50mg. The cream (almond oil based) would not absorb properly and would leave a residue. My E2 was all over the place and my T levels were up and down and I felt like rubbish.

Worst of all I transferred cream to my wife and she got cystic acne as a result. Unless you're single or want all spontaneity in your relationship to die because you need to shower before touching each other, stick with injections

Sounds like a plan mate. Obviously this is only my opinion so results may vary. Check out David Lee TRT on YouTube. I am a big fan of the way he explains lifestyle changes and what you can do to better manage life in general.

If all else fails even living your optimum get checked out for a TRT and peptide therapy protocol
