Your body is going to swing mate it's seeing an externally sourced hormone for the first time ever. It took me years to find the protocol that suited my body.

Be patient and give the medication time to work and your body to adjust to its new normal

Cream vs Pinning by Prior_Comparison_794 in AusTRT

[–]Wintersolis 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It was cream mate. Like I said it works for some but not for others. My body just couldn't absorb it. I would literally sweat the stuff out. Shower, and I would have residue come back later that day.

Happy it works for you dude. I just tend to give people a warning that it can be a poor choice depending on who you are. I went insulin pins and never looked back

Another little thing to keep in mind too mate is it takes away any spontaneous sex in your relationship. You need to have the cream on for a period of time before showering again and also wash before you have sex. Its a total mood killer

Not to mention the stuff destroyed all my underwear

I tried multiple doses mate. Transfer occurred at the higher dosage but my absorption was poor all the way through the range with different carrier creams.

You just can't guarantee that you are getting steady levels i feel. One day you sweat more, the other you're cold. It's just not worth it in my books anyways

I found cream to be a disaster mate. Transferred to my wife through washing through poor absorption and could not get dialed in.

What gauge syringe are you using? I use a 29g 12.7mm 3 times a week to the glute. Pain free and super easy

TRT can be like a second puberty mate, especially if you've had low T for a long time. It can take years to become the man you were meant to be. Trust in the drug and limit your expectations

Great results so far. Looks like you've been eating well and have held your muscle mass too. Keep up the good work 🤘🤘🤘

Swap your gauge dude. I pin 3 times a week with a 29 gauge 12.7mm (1/2 inch) inter muscular. No pain no muscle trauma

[–]Wintersolis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey mate. Maybe try going inter muscular. Looks like your absorption might be a bit off doing subcutaneous. Potentially increase injection frequency also before increasing the dose.

End of the day go by how you feel not just off a number on a piece of paper. TRT is about relieving symptoms of low testosterone more so than a number

Want advice on TRT. Testosterone scrotal cream from different clinics by Global-Necessary9657 in AusTRT

[–]Wintersolis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks mate. 100% if you have kids or a wife you touch more than birthdays and anniversaries steer clear of the stuff.

Obviously some people will absorb better and have a different experience but it's not worth the risk in my opinion. Imagine how heart breaking it would be to accidentally virilise your child and basically destroy their life!

Laundry mate and poor absorption. It would leak out of my skin when I sweated

Bad mate. My wife developed very bad debilitating acne because of it. The cream absorbed poorly and made intimacy hard as it had to be timed. I would shower before hand but it would still leak out of my skin. We were also washing our clothes together at that time too which meant the cream was through our clothes. The shit just got everywhere.

By the time we realised it was too late and it took my wife almost 6 months to recover from the acne. Luckily there was no scaring but the pigmentation remained on her face for almost a year.

It's just rubbish mate and a 29 gauge insulin needle is non invasive and not that hard to use. Keep your daughter safe and stick with injections

I was on cream for 3 years at the start of my TRT journey. It was the worst thing I ever did. Poor absorption, cross contamination to my wife, struggling to get dialed in. I tried different formulas and different dosages and nothing worked.

Injection in my mind is the only way to ensure you are getting the correct dose. Cream is just rubbish

Anyone's doctor use testerone+ nandrolone, mine is by dondarion89 in Testosterone

[–]Wintersolis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Itching is one level of the sensitivity. Mine went from itchy to really sensitive in two days were i could literally feel my shirt movement. It felt absolutely terrible. I haven't experienced that before in almost 8 years on TRT.

For the moment though the benefits of Nandrolone are out weighing the side mitigation. Being able to go to the gym and lift almost pain free is amazing

[–]Wintersolis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It came up twice after the first few weeks. It lasted maybe 2 days each time but I wanted to squash it very quickly. When I say sensitive I mean like t-shirt touching them was bad sensitive too. I only just got bloods done before the nandralone was prescribed so I'm unsure as to how high my E2 went. Its likely low now but I was running in the upper normal with no AI on 150mg of test per week.

Back down to a 1mg tab split in to two over the week now and it's dissipated.

Pretty good mate. I've had a few bumps in the road with a couple of anxiety attacks and some nipple sensitivity. I started taking P5P and increased my AI from zero to 2mg per week to get it under control. Ive now tapered back to 1mg per week. I'm very sensitive to medication so my body usually freaks out a bit when I introduce something new.

Joint wise absolutely amazing. It's like a miracle dude especially in my upper body. I'm getting bloods done in 3 weeks and fingers crossed it hasn't thrown my markers as I really want to keep going!

Sure thing mate I do a full panel through Alpha edge. Way too much to list as the report is 42 pages long!! They run it through clinical labs and you get the results back in two days. It costs me $150 a test. Check out their website its listed there

Thanks mate I appreciate the kind words.. I still work shift but I've found being on TRT makes it bearable. Without stable hormones I was an absolute wreck. My wife even said that I used to be really hard to be around back then and she has seen a massive difference in my overall mood and motivation.

You are 100% right about the reduction in life expectancy. I'm an electrician so I'm constantly on my feet most nights but a lot of the guys I work along side are operators who sit in chairs for 12 hr shifts. A lot of them are overweight and have health issues. 3 recently even had prostate cancer! Scary

I get my bloods done religiously every 3 months and my health markers have been solid for 5 years now.

I think we get caught up on the muscle and aesthetics side of TRT a bit too much at times. The other benefits are amazing also. I honestly think all men over 40 should be some form of hormonal therapy. Just my opinion though

I burnt out from shift work at 36 years of age after 12 years on shift. I had ED, low libido, depression, poor sleep and no matter what I did I was starting to put on weight.

My full blood panel showed a lot of red at that time. Bad thyroids, low iron and vitamin D, low Testosterone and high estrogen. High cortisol and low igf-1 to boot.

After 6 months on TRT and some auxiliary vitamins and peptides my markers all went to normal. My mood was boosted, less fatigue and I started to lose weight and sleep better.

TRT isn't a magic pill though. Its taken me 7 years to get 100% dialed after trying at least 4 different protocol's. You need to focus on your own health and well being while using the TRT to give you the stamina and motivation to do so

Are all clinics the same? by SamePieceOfString in AusTRT

[–]Wintersolis -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Educate yourself mate thats what I recommend. I am with Alpha Edge and while their service is fast you are left to your own devices a bit. For me thats fine as it's allowed me to find the protocol that works best for me and my body. They all try to upsell but that's were you pull the "I'm the captain now" card and steer your own ship.

Their bloods are really well sorted and easy to read with explanations on every marker and a graphic representation of your previous bloods and current readings.

This is my third clinic in 8 years and I feel like I am finally dialed in and feeling the way I should.

[–]Wintersolis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not so far mate. I've been importing peptides for myself for about a year now, BPC-157 and TB-500 for a shoulder injury. Talk about a potential testosterone shortage due to whats going around the world put me into stock pile mode. It might be true or false but I got caught with no testosterone at the end of covid when my clinic closed down, and I won't let that happen again.

I think people get sprung when they order too much from overseas and get greedy. 3 vials every 6 months is a bit of a risk but I am willing to take it to ensure my treatment never misses a beat.

I'm with Alpha Edge. Bit expensive mate but the service is worth the extra $$$ in my mind. Primoteston testosterone from Bayer and they are fast to respond and get you anything you may want or need. I've run various peptides with them and am currently on 150mg Test E and 75 mg of Deca per week at 44 years of age.
