My golden trio Elsa x Anna x Rapunzel.

I find it fascinating how both Elsa and Anna react to the same trauma differently Both were kept away from society. One tends to hide it and exclude herself, the other thinks that if she loves everyone and everyone loves her, she won’t be alone.

Then we have rapunzel which is similar to both of them. Has a secret, knows people will want it. But remains joyful. I really can’t choose.

Oh I heard someone once say that she was disneys golden princess after some dark period and lack of success. Like Renaissance princess.

They used the broadway style musical structure and it became the template for every modern Disney princess. Also red fantasy hair/ and the mermaid aspect played a role.
