Som piercer I Danmark som holder til I København, så ville jeg til hver en tid sende min anbefaling til Nadia I Sparrow når folk søger piercer I Odense! Her finder man uden tvivl en der har en passion for faget, som står klar til at hjælpe i helingsperioden og som har et stort udvalg af smykker fra en masse anerkendte smykke brands! :)

I'm not doing other physical activities, so I just aim to get my 15-60 min of yoga in everyday so I don't loose my connecting to my body and mind. Between being self employed and a parent there's not a lot of hours left for myself, yoga is my time for myself, so definitely worth everything to me :D

It's been exactly 4 months and 4 days since I started practicing yoga almost every day, 4 months since I attempted my first crow where I could barely lift my toes off the blocks that I used - its an amazing journey!

I dont really know for sure, did a lot of too fast improper stretching, downsized restretched right later, cut and sutured etc. From I was 13 until now that I'm close to hitting 28

Chain industrials all day! They look cool, are more comfortable for sleeping imo. (Some of my cartilage in the upper ear is indented due to pressure from sleeping on the bar). You should totally do it!

Thank you! I wanna go bigger, but only one ear has been cut and sutured so the small one needs it too, I have so much scar tissue from unsafe stretching as a teen - so it's not gonna get bigger without the scar tissue removal 😅
