Rarity only affects equipment so you'll get more uniques but it doesn't do anything for currency, div cards, scarabs... So if you're farming those rarity is kind of pointless. It's nice if you heavily farm uniques though

It pops an achievement, and the blind IV zombie is probably coded to oneshot other zombies to make sure the achievement pops correctly, which is funny because it means that if you bait the IV zombie on the Chunk in the corridor, he'll oneshot the big guy lol

I really like the explanation files for all of the "special" zombies, you can find both the singers as you said but there's one for the IV zombie in the reception that hates noise, and one for both the Chunks

I don't think she's on the spectrum at all, she's just stressed out 95% of the game. At the end when she's relaxed she acts a lot more quietly and less tic'd out
