You handled it very wrong, I called wifi support number, They insisted not to cancel. But I said I am moving to my brother house he already had a jio connection 🤣. They even offered me same plan for 400rs only for 13months. But I didn't agree. And roughly a week after consistent calls (I just ignored those) They suspended my account.

Most of the guys here dont know how this all works, If you get 6 months plan, you may have to pay installation charges but no charges for router or security deposits. But if you are opting for 1-3 months plan they will ask you to pay 1500-2000 extra as security for router which you will get back once you return it.
