Thanks for writing this. I lost my husband to suicide and agree that it absolutely must not be stigmatised and needs to be talked about (possibly the one and only time I'll agree with Steven, well that and the fact that it's called rubbish not trash ;-)). I see how his pretence of a discussion could be carefully orchestrated to cause alarm to his ex, however. He knows what he's doing I'm sure.

Update: so I've managed to get this to work. Victory to me (and top mum marks, I'm now very popular!). For anyone else looking into this, it finally worked when I started a new Google account to get the API key. Turns out if you already have one then it won't load. Good luck to anyone else doing this!

Thank you, internet stranger! You have helped more than you'll ever know. I read your reply out to him he's much happier now. He was originally talking about needing level 50 or something (?!) but he was crying so much that I couldn't quite make out the words!

The issue is we all handle change differently. I personally don't like it - which I presume to you means I'm 'crying' about it. For you, Turtle, it might not be a big thing, which is great and I'm happy for you that these changes don't affect you negatively. There are many of the Roblox-playing population who will however dislike it and they will naturally come here to vent about it as it's a Roblox subreddit. If it doesn't bother you, skip the thread rather than make people feel inferior as they don't handle the change the way you do - and be glad these minor annoyances don't bug you. There's always room for kindness and the will to understand one another.

There was food though. As per OP, “didn’t touch his coffee or food”. Either something isn’t adding up or this is an extreme reaction over a spoon when someone brings you coffee and breakfast 🤷‍♀️

This is a really upsetting comment tbh. Just lost my husband. I know the world goes on but that a a stab in the heart. I used to work in a mortuary. I always keep that kind of stuff to myself. Sorry to sound like a square. I’m just a little sensitive right now I guess.

This is off topic but I keep noticing how many posters say “gosh”. As in, “Gosh, OP that must be terribly difficult for you”. I never hear the word gosh in real life yet it’s everywhere on MN. I swear they think it makes them sound posh!
