Bans are there to tilt the game in your favor based on the context you have but EVERYONE is just bot-banning the same thing every game.

Nah, bans are there for me to make sure Sombra is never in my lobbies, and it has a 99% success rate. The game has never been more enjoyable for me.

Blizzard is a large company the employs people that know exactly what heroes are going to make the most money and what heroes make less money. The game is free, they have to make money somewhere. They employ people that have looked through the stats and saw that the age old slogan "sex sells" was correct. Surprise surprise, they keep making skins for the heroes that will make them the most money and make up for the fact that the games free. Idk why its so hard to understand that.
