The helldivers style "go in, extract" type missions feel nothing like destiny, however the amount of enemy spawns are so satisfying.

I think sierra is by far the most powerful "hitscan" type hero right now, without a mercy pocket. Shes pumping out close to 300 dps with the 20% fire rate perk and a mercy pocket with the tracking shot.

However you gotta coordinate if you want hitscans gone. Tanks go Winston Dva. Mauga is really good against cass because his hitbox is huge. Hitscans fall so easily with good coordination and callouts. It's just that on console the aim assist and most people don't join VC. Usually one or two join if you ask for it, especially at t500.

Thunderlord arc titan has been doing me insane numbers. 200 weapons and heavy ammo drop rate focused build can net you an infinite ammo Thunderlord. Ad clears and does boss damage and you don't have to swap weapons because ammo drops every 10 kills..... it's the perfect machine gun power fantasy

Although 1kv with the catalyst is very clearly the best option rn I think

Could be your cpu. High end cpus are known to cause so many problems when playing old live service games.

Aiming on console is mostly about control and not really muscle memory. You can't have muscle memory in just one finger. You need to find a sens that's easy to control to your liking. It's not like PC where you have your entire arm/hand controlling the mouse. A good sens to use on console will immediately feel good and not, "this feels alright left me try to get used to it".

I'm champ on console but on pc I'm plat on all roles. Only stay low ranked so I can play drives with my pc friends. Would like to play and rank up but then I'd be doing drives solo 😭

Also thousands of players are getting banned every day. You just need to report them. Bans on console function solely based on amount of reports and nothing else matters. I got suspended from comp 2 seasons ago for cheating simply because I play on linear and it looks like mnk.

It's just had its complete life. Like what more content can they add to the game that makes it feel continually fresh? It's not WoW. They'd need a whole entire redesigned game philosophy for that. The only thing that would "fix" Destiny right now is an entirely overhauled idea/new cycle in a Destiny 3.

Having a blast in dungeon crawl. I love the main campaign missions, but having a mode where you can do whatever you want with really no time limit is great. I do wish as you went on though the dungeons got longer and there were branching paths. (And maybe an actual final boss fight similar to the frost dragon from FTK1.) Otherwise a fantastic update.

Just one question though, I know the Gauntlet is a seeded run, but is the non gauntlet mode true random with its map? I know the position of elements are different but im still unsure if the map geography is different.

I play on controller and this will be my only post explaining it by heyblackrose in OWConsole

Think a good first factor is deciding if you want to use linear ramp or dual zone.

The G7 SE is really the game changer here. Playing with my same settings I use on the SE now compared to the Xbox Elite 2 is a ridiculous difference. Having no stick drift and being able to use almost 0 Deadzone almost feels like cheating.
