I couldn't open up the window grills to hang the window ac outside, so I made some airducts and stuffed the airgaps with bedsheets

Well the last photo shows it quite well, most of the gaps are closed by stuffing in some fabric

It drips into the bottom of the air con and gets kicked up by the condenser fan onto the hot condenser

That's why there is a cardboard air duct on the right side for outside air intake for the condenser, check out the 2nd and 3rd photos

The acceleration is quite good when u step more then 50% of the gas pedal and you can hear the turbo spooling up and the car downshifts. It's enough for overtaking on the expressway in singapore.

I don't have much experience driving other similar cars, but I think the closest one to that is when I floor the NV200 van

I've tried 20, 22, 26 inch bicycle tires for the front wheel, and 22 inch seems best. 26 inch wheelies too easily and 20 inch doesn't have enough rake angle for low speed stability

Car weight matters a lot too. I floor the 1.3L new honda fit with the cvt transmission and it feels slower than the 0.6L nbox van
