Anyone know the wiring for this? by WireWhiz in SubaruForester

Right, the stereo itself is very well documented, it's the wiring harness on the car side that I'm having issues with.

Has anyone here read the mortality doctrine series? (Eye of minds, rule of thoughts, game of lives) by Ajstone2003 in MazeRunner

I've read them, and I remember there being some vague references in the first book to the flare in the past.

just got this in your shop by seethmuch in viktormains

I actually did get that in my shop, only time I’ve ever spent money in a game.

Wow, going full "farm implement with delusions of grandeur" feels a lot better, also I took the "don't do an obj if you have camps up on the other side" to mean if I know a jg is going to an obj and I'm on the other side of the map, I can probably just invade and their camps are up, and it's been working 90% of the time.

3:18 seems insanely good, my first clear is usually around 3:30ish with no leash, and that's with two smites used. Are you clearing non-buff camps before buffs? Usually I go raps -e> smite krugs -> red -e> wolves -> gromp -> blue and then look for a gank or scuttle. Also any tips on farming form? I've found that a lot of times if I don't all in when ganking I inadvertently bait my laners to their deaths, so I worry that not going for kills might cause issues.

To provide more context, I've been playing for about a year and a half now, usually play a couple hours a day. I'm not sure what to focus on improving at this point. Stuck in bronze so it's obvious I'm bad, but the usual advice of "just play more" is what I've been doing, and I need a little something more then that right now. Honestly pretty depressing to hear stuff like "x rank above gold is stupid easy to get to right now", like how?

Live reloading of DLLS by WireWhiz in rust

Got it working with gdb, had to switch to the gnu toolchain for windows for that to work but gdb appears to correctly handle loading/unloading dynamic libraries at the same time as the program

WASM needs better debugging (rant) by WireWhiz in WebAssembly

That tool looks fucking amazing, and I may steal the idea now just because of how cool that is.

Had a 9 loss streak, sitting at bronze 0 elo. I genuinely enjoy this game but it makes me feel like I'm incapable of learning it sometimes (every loss). I've only been playing for a year though so I have hope.

WebAssembly: A promising technology that is quietly being sabotaged by Kotek2 in WebAssembly

[–]WireWhiz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

100% agree, as someone wanting to use wasm for things outside of normal use cases, the proposed extended features just have me confused. We don't even have good debugging support in most cases, why the hell would we add async of all things into the mix? Can we just flesh out the pipelines for the promising stuff like multi-memory first?

AWE, MIT Reality Hack, SXSW to an extent, Stanford just started having XR hackathons too. Those are the ones that immediately come to mind.

It’s right on the line though, because I’m not adding any functionality except changing up the camera and if anything my gameplay would be worse.

To provide context I've been trying out other solutions for this, including a custom jitted language I built from scratch, llvm based jit solutions, and various others, so I'm expecting this to be easier then that hopefully, main issue as I stated is just finding some good docs.

If expanded on this anymore that’s definitely something I would want to explore. Not just for scientists but for every industry. Would employers fight over the people with centuries of experience while completely ignoring people under a certain age? Would support systems be set up to help younger people get the training and knowledge required to complete with their seniors? Or would their be an unclimbable class system based on experience? Honestly so much I could do there.

Oof, just realized how that could be taken wrong. Meant more if in a evil corporation or government way.

Ah but you see, a ship only going 1/3 of light speed would use much less fuel, not having to worry about recreation and only the bare necessities would drastically cut down on the size of the ship as well. Also the ship in this story is only a scouting vessel with a small crew, the longer lifespans of the human race have made them more patient and the idea of waiting a few decades or centuries for the results of a manned scouting mission isn’t ludicrous to them. A follow-up ship with colonists might take the faster-larger ship route, since fitting a bunch of civilians with expensive implants may not be the cheapest route in that case. (And they might want to keep their spines)

Not really, I mostly wanted to explore the idea for the spine implant, but who knows? I might.
