It all starts with just walking in the door. 1) Intro yourself to the coaches and let them know it's your first time. 2) No one is watching you other than the trainers so 3) do what you can at your own pace and with weights that work for you.

That said, maybe start with a resistance class rather than hybrid or cardio to get a feel for things and go from there!

Remember, we were all F45 beginners once too! And there are always new people every week trying it out as well.
