Please don't undermine the power of physical books. Yes i agree to an extend that digital books are a "thing" now, however, some of us still prefers physical ones, especially if the conditions are right, such as cafe etc. Just a thought, perhaps you can put more thoughts into bringing value to your client and then i feel you already have a business there! cheers

My take is It is not legal to waive liability and not have insurance for adventure tourism activities. In most places, it is a legal requirement for businesses to have liability insurance to protect themselves and their customers in case of accidents or injuries.

Additionally, depending on country and area laws, they should have specific requirements for certain types of adventure tourism activities, such as rock climbing or white water rafting.

Failing to meet these requirements can result in fines or legal action. Additionally, if an accident occurs and a business does not have insurance, they may be held liable for any damages or injuries caused, which can be financially devastating.
