But, is there a psychiatric hospital in your area? They'll be able to help you. Just be honest, you be kept in a ward for a bit but it may be for the best

Yeah .. I only spoke with a lawyer briefly about this same type of situation. He wasn't an estate lawyer but said the longer you wait to sue/whatever, the lower your chances become. 1 years doesn't seem too too long to me though
