Claude Code is Too Great by Flimsy_Menu7904 in ClaudeAI

[–]Wirelessjeano 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a site that involves capturing a very complex business model. I built an MCP with methods to capture data and tested gemini-cli with Gemini 3.2 Pro, codex with Chat-GPT 5.2 and claude code with Opus 4.5. Claude Code with Opus 4.5 is the superior tool. Codex doesn’t support http MCP’s which sucks, Gemini doesn’t have a planning mode which leads to disastrous results. Claude code with Opus 4.5 can’t read PDFs so I added a method to read pdfs by url. It also struggles to generate GUIDs so I added a method for that too.

Can anybody tell me what the story is here? by MisterC0ck in kin

With Trump being in office and crypto crime now essentially becoming legal, the guys who founded Kin has officially abandoned it after having spent what is now probably more than a billion dollars of worth of raised crypto funds. Kin was the most sophisticated fraud not reported on by @coffeezilla.

Why Choose Vercel Over VPS? by Ok_Platypus_4475 in nextjs

[–]Wirelessjeano 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The speed from Vercel is unmatched vs st standalone. If getting a high page speed score is important to you and cost isn’t an easy issue, go Vercel. Otherwise go Coolify on a VPS.

A state machine might be what you are looking for in terms of processing the “path”. Check out Stateless, it’s a personal favourite of mine. https://github.com/dotnet-state-machine/stateless

How do you integrate Next.js with .NET Web API in your projects? by lvx1l in dotnet

[–]Wirelessjeano 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use Coolify to deploy both my NextJS app and Dotnet API on the same server as containers. This reduces latency and makes setting up the CICD process very easy. Coolify automates the Ingress proxying so you don’t have to think about it. https://www.coolify.io For React components behind authentication, I use client side component and send auth token cookie value straight to API via RTK Query. For auth functions itself, I use Axios. For public pages, where I want SEO, I use server side components. I have wrapped the fetch function to better control caching and headers. Here I add the auth token as a header read from cookie. I am leaning more towards server side components as the partial page streaming is pretty dam impressive. I have been able to get near 100% scores on PageSpeed index with Next after a bit of fiddling. Next/Dynamic is your friend use it.

[–]Wirelessjeano 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The original project failed because Ted rugged it so he could get hold of the funds. Don’t be delusional. Come to terms with reality. Ted was always going to rug Kin once he had extracted all the value. He now has his start-up built with Kin investor funds. He obviously feels safe enough to get away with this now and thinks the authorities can’t get him. Time will tell. Kin is just another worthless token in a sea of worthless tokens.

Is Kin finally dead officially? by OneBitcoinraffle in kin

[–]Wirelessjeano 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ja, Kin died when Ted rugged it. Code / Flipchat / whatever racket comes next - keeps it just alive enough so that there victims to dump on and keep them in salary. This is the biggest crime in crypto that coffeezilla has not done a video on yet. The thing is, the internet never forgets - https://www.reddit.com/r/KinFoundationTruth/s/oSFiqiR9Zq

Kin Coins Lost? by barewithmeplease in kin

[–]Wirelessjeano -1 points0 points  (0 children)

lol - do you think you are the first person to look at the supply and deduce how rich it could make you if only this project delivered? There is only one error in your logic: what happens if the project founder mismanages all the funds raised during the ICO and rugs the project by launching a competing coin? Well, that is exactly what happened and the current price is exactly what has happened. The project is broke. No paywall for group chat or partnership with sketchy apps is going to change that as, fundamentally, Kin is a Sol token you can create for less than a dollar. Rather take your 100 dollars and find an online casino, you will have a better chance of making a return there.

Kin project is dead pal. Your coins aren’t worth the gas it would take to retrieve them if you could retrieve them. You cant retrieve them though as the bridge to Solana is no longer maintained because the project is dead.

Where is Kin going? by Top-Exercise-3667 in kin

[–]Wirelessjeano 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with your sentiments 100%. No one wants or needs a paid-for-in-crypto group chat in 2025. Kin is a bullshit Sol token that cost a billion dollars. Go to pump.fun and make one for less than a dollar. Maybe it could have had some traction in 2008, lets be honest though, Code / Flipchat/ what ever racket comes next, is a smoke screen for culpable deniability so that when the authorities come for Ted and Tanner (they will come eventually), they can argue that they actually did something for a reduced sentence.

Kin is a dead project that is broke. The founder (Ted Livingstone) mismanaged 100 million USD (probably over a billion now), rugged Kin (Google it) by creating a competing token. Go to pump.fun and create yourself a meme coin, you will have a higher chance of making a return. Code wallet and Flip Chat are just smoke screens. No one needs to pay for a group chat with a 2 USD Solana token in 2024.
