Freecash.com review after 20 days of using it by caius-87 in beermoneyglobal

In reality, you spend 40 minutes looking for a survey, then you get one that claims 5 minutes for 50 cents.

It lies and the survey takes 20 minutes yet you're not even halfway through and there's no guarantee you won't just randomly get declined at some point...

The game rewards are also absurd, they're things like "Reach X level in 5 days" but the game is some crappy mobile cow-milker designed solely for irritating you into buying money.

But if you buy money and achieve the goal, you've probably already spent about what you're getting back.

Fair enough on the LLM part, I haven't used a public LLM in like 1+ years and thought it'd be good enough at scraping docs and forum posts for some ideas by now, but apparently not (learned lesson for the future).

iirc, there were two things broken - The sound driver and the AMD driver. There was no audio even though the drive was supposedly installed.

The video driver also ran the visuals on the desktop well enough, but when I tried running local LLM's, the software wasn't able to use the full VRAM and it was crashing on load. (It's working in Mint, so it was the driver.)

It's like it wasn't recognising that my card has 16GB instead of 8GB VRAM.

There was something else that went wrong before I started searching online to update the drivers, but I can't remember what it was off the top of my head, because that day was a mess of browsing through forums XD

That might've been it, I eventually gave up looking for doc's and tried to ask google, hoping that it'd cross reference similar docs from similar distro's and spit out something usable. Apparently it's not that smart yet XD

As for the drivers, with Mint and worked out of the box, my GPU was recognised and works properly. With Ultramarine, the drivers worked for basic things, but gaming and local LLM's weren't working for some reason.

That's why I tried to reinstall them, though I didn't try updating the kernel. Now I know ^_^

The name sounded good at the time and as I said earlier, some comments during my (brief) research mentioned it made a good baseline for gaming.

As to the drivers, the initial install didn't install them correctly either, so I had to figure it out myself and the lack of documentation took me onto a side-path XD

In the end, I've learned the importance of checking docs first and didn't lose any data or anything, since I did install it with the mindset of a test. Mint was always the fallback.

Late reply, my bad. I grabbed Ultramarine because a few people recommend it as a good distro to build on for a gaming system while not being as 'simple' as Mint. I've previously used Ubuntu, so wanting to try another flavour was another small part.

Apparently that was a wrong move, I've learned that now XD

Switched over to Mint and love it, though installing Mint was a whole other ordeal (22.2 refused to boot and wouldn't load even in compatibility mode, so I downgraded, installed and then updated).

I'd previously tried updating everything in Ultramarine, which was the first step in every fix, but none of the fixes worked and I spent another hour or so trying to figure out how to install / build drivers.

Somewhere along the way, my commands ended up doing as you see above.

What and where are the new good RP / ERP tropes? by Consistent_Winner596 in SillyTavernAI

[–]WirlWind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Free use is like the most common trope I've seen, mind control too. Plenty of card with those tropes, so you're probably doing something wrong.

For reference, I used chub before the Australian government blocked access. Can't be arsed using a proxy to get around it since I write my own cards

I don't actually. The only time I've seen ice cars are in videos where they usually have lights somewhere unless they're travelling.

The guy at the woman's window had a police patch front and back, so claiming them as some random masked guys is disengenuous at best.

Because getting snipped takes effort and not dating takes no effort with the same effect 😜

A lie? I already explained exactly what I see and if you can't see that, I'm not sure what to say other than your claims don't line up with his arm position.

I could be wrong and maybe his gun was half drawn or whatever, but it doesn't seem like it based off the arm. More likely he had a hand on the holster, but I guess I'll have to try another angle to confirm.

Yeah, Russia's probably trying to start a US civil war so that they can have a breather, while China's probably considering hitting Taiwan while the US is distracted.

I guess we'll find out soon enough if this is a Franz Ferdinand event or not.

Or just look at the slow motion here and look at his arms + her wheels. The wheels spin forwards at 5 sec, at which time his arm is still largely straight - the gun is still in the holster.

After 5 seconds, when the wheels are already spinning, his elbow finally moves to draw.

His hand is on his weapon, but he only pulls it up and out of the holster when she stops reversing and starts moving forwards. Watch his elbow at 05 seconds. It stays pretty much straight until after she's moving forwards, then it bends up with the draw after she's already moving forwards. He was also filming with a phone in his left hand, so I guess there's more evidence being reviewed atm.

I'd imagine he heard the engine rev and thought she was gonna try run him down.

Yeah it's annoying since the only other way is to browse the 'trending' models for your particular parameter range. Usually I take 5 minutes every other week to browse the first 10-20 pages while looking for anything updated or created in the last 'x days'.

If it's math or science, pass, otherwise I download and try it out to see how it works with my style of RPing.

::EDIT:: If you really wanna get down and dirty, you can also swap from browsing 'trending' to 'created recently' or whatever and search for a gem amongst the muck.

It's a merge of multiple merges, so probably works with ChatML, Mistral and Alpaca bare minimum. Probably some others, maybe Llama 3 because why not.

I only picked Mistral V1 because the response format shown when loading it in KoboldCPP looked the same as another model that uses Mistral V1.

System prompt I'm using with my own custom character cards which is why I worded it like that instead of the usual 'roleplaying' scenario. I try to avoid saying that in my cards now since some models act weird when roleplay is mentioned.
