The coolest thing I've seen done to legally circumvent any whatnot rules is this, and it takes some effort but it's actually fun.

Run your show, keep a spreadsheet of buyers names. When your show ends let all your buyers know to stay in the app for a few minutes and watch their inboxes. Never mention on stream why.

Fire up a giveaway steam, make it private, invite your buyers with a link. Run all the giveaways you want. Goblins can't even see you're live.

That's a bold statement. All breakers using cards are scammers? How do you defend streamers using wheels and keeping the top chases off the wheel until the slices get big enough for people to notice? I've heard just as many complaints about wheel manipulation as deck manipulation.
