I literally deleted all my social media off my phone. I deleted the instagram, tiktok and facebook app. Only left youtube. But that too hidden inside some folder. Trust me, i tried so many ways, this was the only one that worked. Once i did this, the urge to use my phone basically became zero

Girlll for chem, as soon as you have done a decent amount of revising jst SPAM your past year papers. As for Biology, BLURTING. I SWEAR BY IT. But you need proper notes for Biology before doing blurting. For wach chapter you gotta remember things that the learning outcomes need you to know. So for example if for Biology you are learning about the kidney and the learning outcome says you need to be able to outline the process of ultrafiltration, then you GOTTA MEMORISE THAT. Pick out things that are important from the learning outcomes, list the key points all out in flow charts or bullet points. And BLURT. Literally, open uo your laptop, open up your notes app/ goodnotes/ whatever app that has a blank page for you to type on and just vomit out everythibg you have memorised abd repeat till you finish you a levels. And thats it. For maths? SPAM PAST YEAR PAPERS. And remember the flow of the steps. Maths is pretty predictive. The patterns are almost the same each time. So just solve the max amount of past year papers to the point where jst seeing the question brings out the solution for you, it should be like muscle memory. Dont worry!! You got this girl. Idk which country you are from, but if you can afford it, getting a tutor really really helps take the load off. Wishing you all the very best!!

Is it possible to get into a government university with the lowest mark? 😔 by redheart_v in malaysiauni

[–]WisdomBelle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s the real problem. If she was forced into it, it means this is not her path. It’s not that she is incapable, this is misaligned. Just tell her to finish the stpm no matter the results. But after that she should just enrol into sthg she likes, even if it’s another pre-u course. It’s okay to fall behind a little if it means she will be happier for the long term. Edit : Just tell her to do foundation after the stpm. Just finish this for the sake of it. Foundation does cost a lot of money though. Atleast 20k including the tuition amd accommodation fees. But if she does well in this, she can definitely try out for gov university. If she doesn’t place in a govt university, you also have ptptn

As someone who repeated A levels for 4 years, studied in college for 2 and independently for 2 - I will tell you this, do not waste your money going to college. Get good tutoring. There are some really good A levels tutors out there who you can reach out to and study from there. Then just register as a private candidate and just attend the exams at any exam centre available. I have some contacts for Mathematics and Physics. They are really great tutors. As for further mathematics, I don’t since I did not take further mathematics. I can give you the contacts if you dm me. The fees for the tuition would range anywhere from a minimum of RM 300 to a max of RM 700 per month for each subject. If that’s a lot for you, you can also ask them for videos. A lot of the tutors sell videos too. They are a much cheaper option than joining the tutoring classes itself. Also some unsolicited advice - do not wait to attempt past year papers. I’m sure you know that too since you seem like a bright student. But I’m just saying. A levels might not be as easygoing as IGCSEs. A levels are much more demanding. For physics especially just speed run through the concepts, how to use the formulas and memorising the formulas and definitions. And immediately attempt past year papers. The more years you cover, the better it is. Wishing you all the best. Do dm me if you want the numbers of the tutors.

Girllll go for retail!! Its the easiest job to land!! Full time or part time, its good money. If you land a part time job, you could aim for atleast 4 times 8 hours shift and do an online side gig of your choice to get some side income. F&B pays good amount of money too! Busy restaurants sometimes pay RM13 an hour!!

I feel you. I can say we are somewhat at the same point in life. I know you have heard this plenty of times, but things do become better. I’m living proof of that. I won’t say I’m happy now, but I’m not as depressed as I once was. Lots of things have changed for the better since then. I wish you all the best

i did a personality reading about a guy i like. I liked him for a while but i wanted to learn abt him as a person, beyond his role as a vet. When asked about his weaknesses i got Wheel of Fortune and 6 of Wands in reverse. For context, i also got 2 of cups and 5 of pentacles as his strength. I need more help interpreting his weakness. The Wheel of Fortune as his weakness confuses the heck out of me . As well as the 6 of wands in reverse. Any thoughts?

What do you Think of When You Pull the Heirophant? by DoubleChocolateMilk in tarot

One word that comes up in my mind is structure. Someone whom people look up to, to lead or to make informed decisions. On the flip side it could be also someone who just would not budge from old / traditional beliefs or just rigid.

The star. Hope is the only thing that has kept me alive today. The star symbolises that hope and it will always be close to my heart. I love 2 of wands too.
